The project is currently at Phase 1 Concept and Feasibility. The purpose of Phase 1 is to develop and investigate in further detail the feasibility of the project, to identify a suitable study area for the examination of preliminary route options and to implement the project management structure.

Public Consultation on the study area and constraints is planned from Monday 29 May to Friday 23 June 2023. This consultation is being held online through a project website which contains all the information that will be displayed at the in-person public consultation events. This includes an interactive map of the study area and constraints and a feedback page for the submission of comments or queries.

Public Consultation Event Details

Two in-person Public Consultation events will be held at the following locations:  

Public Consultation Event 1: Tuesday 06 June 2023, 14.00-20.00hrs Teach Laighne, Humbert Street, Tobercurry, F91 Y328, Co. Sligo. 

Public Consultation Event 2: Wednesday 07 June 2023, 14.00-20.00hrs Teeling Centre, Rathrippon, Collooney, F91 P68C, Co. Sligo.
